“In the 1990s, gastropubs began to emerge from the depths of the culinary world; offering upscale pub food to go along with a nice beer or glass of wine.
Fast forward to today, gastropubs seem to have taken over the beer scene, and Connecticut is no exception. Sure you can still go to a brewery to grab a pint but there is nothing like grabbing an artisan sandwich or eclectic dish to pair alongside your ale.”
