The Walrus story began in 2013 with a desire to provide a truly one-of-a-kind American experience, from their mastery of southern-inspired smoking techniques to their hand-selected craft beers, wines, and liquors. For seven years, the original Walrus and Carpenter served the artistic community of Black Rock, Connecticut. Since then, Walrus Alley in Westport, Connecticut, has opened, providing Southern hospitality to the community. This is one of the best bars in Connecticut.
